At JCM INK TATTOO, we adhere to strict hygiene practices during every procedure. All disposable items such as needles, ink, ink caps, gloves, and masks are used only once and then discarded. For non-disposable tools like tubes and grips, they are thoroughly cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner and then sterilized in a high-temperature, high-pressure autoclave. Equipment like beds is covered to prevent direct contact with blood or bodily fluids, and the covers are discarded after each use. Additionally, all tools are disinfected with ethanol before use.
Our artists sanitize their hands before each procedure and wear medical-grade gloves during the process. Non-coverable surfaces like floors and walls are regularly disinfected with ethanol to prevent infection in the studio.
